Overlegen provides the best security to its client’s data and information. Our secure environment is monitored with security cameras, 24/7 guards and access control. We follow stringent security processes for storage, retrieval and deletion of client data.
At Overlegen, we follow industry-standard security procedures at the network and PC level to restrict access to documents to key individuals for the purpose of reviewing and making database designations on documents in the hosted environment.
Data Security
Overlegen rigorously enforces appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information that Overlegen processes. Data is encrypted and masked and appropriate access control is followed to be reviewed only by authorized personnel.
Data Integrity
Client information is utilised only for the purpose for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by the client. To the extent necessary for such purposes, Overlegen takes reasonable steps to make sure that information is accurate, complete, current and reliable for its intended use.
Work Ethics
Every Associate in Overlegen is encouraged to act with integrity and responsibility when it comes to IP protection. As a part of training program, every Associate undergoes a rigorous schedule that educates them with the security compliance of the Organization.
Operations
No visitors are allowed on the work-floor of the facility. Even the Clients are not allowed to access any of the workstations within the facility. Each employee is hired for a project only after a thorough third-party background check is a mandatory practice before any hiring. As per the policy of the Organization, a special Security audit is conducted in every quarter that ensures no malpractices.
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
Business Continuity is utmost for Overlegen and in Order to serve the customers with no break-downs, Overlegen emphasizes on the following practices in order to avert any loss of information during any disaster:- Data back-ups at remote locations
- Risk assessment and restoration processes
- Fire, link and power drills
- Alternate site management
